Insurance accepted for Gender Affirming Treatments

We accept the following insurance companies:

* LA Care - Medi-Cal

* Anthem Blue Cross - Medi-Cal

* Blue Shield - Medi-Cal

Please contact your primary care doctor for an authorization for services to be approved for treatments at our office.

If you have PPO insurance, please contact your insurance company for clarification on your deductible/copay.

We can assist you in filling out a "Super Bill" or "Medical Claim Form" for reimbursement from your insurance company.
